Your chef Rénald Dubarry, originally from Bordeaux, is first and foremost a renowned cheese refiner.
He has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs and himself has been ranked among the best cheesemakers in France by the famous Gault et Millau.
He has devoted 10 years of his life to the search for the best cheeses but also the best gastronomic dishes in Europe such as Iberian charcuterie from southern Spain, French meats, fish from the Gulf of Aquitaine, Mediterranean shellfish...
His travels have allowed him to acquire an incomparable knowledge of the different traditions and recipes of France and Europe.
Boeuf bourguignon, cassoulet, oeuf meurettes, bordelaise sauce, Basque cakes........ family recipes have no more secrets for him.
In 2018 he devoted himself to his passion for cooking, became a private chef for famous Bordeaux chateaux, family meals, professional meals, meals for international journalists and also a caterer for larger events such as weddings, baptisms or birthdays.
He then opened a restaurant bringing together all his know-how.
In 2024 he moved to Florida, it was obvious to share his know-how in this region of the United States.
He started by first looking for quality local products and he is now ready to practice his profession, his passion in your kitchen to delight you !!!
